Introducing a Batch Processing Software Solution
PC Transact_It for Windows provides batch processing of credit card activity. The system is
designed specifically to utilize the "point and click" graphical user interface of the Windows
environment. It can accommodate large batches with authorization and settlement via a high
speed connection - significantly reducing the time needed for batch processing (batches of
5,000 transactions or less are recommended). Address verification, purchasing cards, and recurring
transactions are supported, and the application can be tailored to meet a merchant's unique
processing requirements.

- Payment Processing: Supports processing of all major credit cards
- Batch Processing: PC Transact_It for Windows is a fully menu driven transaction
processing program; merchants can also import transactions directly into r.he program
using ASCII or Comma Separated Value (CSV) formats - this feature greatly reduces the
time needed to input transactions in a MO/TO environment
- Recurring and Installment Transaction Processing: Meets all Visa and MasterCard
requirements for recurring/installment payments (as of 09/98); an ideal product for
merchants with regular payment cycles
- High Speed Connection: Capable of authorizing and settling transactions at 28,800 bps
- Purchasing Card: Prompts for customer code and sales tax information and meets Level
Two processing requirements
- User Defined Data Fields: The merchant has the option of defining additional custom
transaction prompts for their unique business needs
- Address Verification Service (AVS): Used in complying with Visa and MasterCard Direct
Marketing requirements and minimizing fraudulent mail order transactions; batch AVS is
available for merchants requiring address verification prior to shipping
- SCAN'" Check Verification: Use of this check verification service has been integrated
into the Windows version
- Multi Merchant Capable: Can be configured to support multiple merchant numbers
- Software Update Feature: Allows the user to obtain any enhancements or updates to the
product by dialing into our system and downloading any available product updates
